When you approve a handful of buyers a month. Free includes every feature — the storefront form, the vetting signals, one-click provisioning, the emails — capped at 5 applications per calendar month, with a small "Powered by ApprovePilot" line on the form. Plenty of stores should simply stay on it.

It still arrives. The form never closes on any plan: over-cap applications land in your queue, notify you, and display in full — only the decision buttons wait until the month rolls over or you upgrade. No buyer is ever lost to our paywall.

The first 50 stores that subscribe get Growth at $9/month or Pro at $25/month for their first 12 billing cycles, then standard pricing ($19/$49) after that — all shown upfront in Shopify's own approval screen, one approval, no coupon codes. Declined or cancelled checkouts don't use up a slot.

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, handled by Shopify billing — the approval screen shows the trial end date and the first charge date before you confirm. Cancel inside the trial and you pay nothing.

Billing stops through Shopify, and uninstalling purges your store's data from our systems — including certificate files, not just database rows. Your companies and customers stay in Shopify, where they always lived; nothing about your B2B setup depends on us after the fact.
