# ApprovePilot

> ApprovePilot is a Shopify app for wholesale onboarding — buyers apply on your
> storefront, you vet with real signals, and one click creates the B2B company,
> payment terms, and tax settings. It completes Shopify's native B2B (on all paid
> plans since April 2026); it never replaces it, never touches orders or checkout,
> and never auto-approves anyone.

- Works on any paid Shopify plan (Basic, Grow, Advanced, Plus) with native B2B.
- Free plan: every feature including one-click provisioning, 5 applications per
  calendar month, free forever. The form never closes over the cap — only decision
  buttons wait.
- Paid plans: Growth $19/month (unlimited applications, branding removed), Pro
  $49/month (adds certificate-expiry reminder emails and trade-reference
  collection). 14-day free trials. Founding offer while slots last: the first 50
  stores get Growth $9/month and Pro $25/month for their first 12 months.
- Storefront surface is one hosted app-proxy page (yourstore.com/apps/apply) — no
  theme code, no checkout changes; the app requests no order permissions.
- Vetting signals are advisory: EU VAT (VIES) check, official US-state and
  GB/CA/AU/NZ registry links, duplicate detection, notes, full audit trail. The
  merchant always makes the decision.
- Resale/tax-exempt certificates are stored privately with expiry dates, viewed via
  short-lived signed links, and deleted on GDPR erasure and uninstall.
